1. Raw Material Preparation

You will need GI wire or steel wire for strong, corrosion-resistant cable tray mesh. If using coil wire, it must be straightened and cut to the required length before welding. Quality materials ensure durable and precise mesh production.

2. Straightening and Cutting

A Wire Straightening & Cutting Machine straightens coiled wire and cuts it to the required length, ensuring accuracy and consistency for the welding process.

3. Wire Feeding and Welding

Your production process continues with a Line Wire Feeding Car for longitudinal wires and a Cross Wire Feeder designed for dual feeding, allowing you to produce two panels at the same time. The machine uses resistance welding, applying heat and pressure to fuse the wires securely at their intersections, ensuring strong and precise joints.

4. Bending Process

A Hydraulic Bending Machine shapes the welded mesh into the required form with precise control and flexibility. You can adjust the bending angles to 90°, 120°, or custom angles, ensuring the mesh meets your cable tray design specifications.
