1. Raw Material Preparation

Steel wire coils, GI wire, or ribbed wire are used as the main raw materials. The wires are placed on payoffs and fed into the straightening and cutting process.

Wire Coils Payoff: Feeds wire smoothly from coils, ensuring consistent tension, stable wire supply, and efficient production.
